1. Scope

These Terms apply to all matters relating to your use of the App.

How we handle your information is described in our separate Privacy Policy.

2. Fees

The App is currently free to use. You are responsible for any data charges needed to use the App.

3. Your account

At first launch, the App creates an anonymous account and saves your progress to it.

The App currently cannot transfer your account to another device or browser. We are not responsible if your progress becomes unavailable because you change devices or browsers, or delete the App or your browser data.

You can delete your account anytime with "Delete Account and Data" in the App.

4. Prohibited conduct

When using the App, you must not:

• Violate any law or public order
• Engage in conduct related to criminal activity
• Place an excessive load on, or interfere with the operation of, the App's servers or networks
• Access or attempt to access the App without authorization
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the App, except as permitted by law
• Copy, republish, or sell the App's content without our permission
• Infringe the rights of other users or third parties
• Engage in any other conduct we reasonably consider inappropriate

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to us or to the third parties who own them. Credits for third-party materials used in the App are listed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change the App, or suspend or end its service, without prior notice.

All or part of the App may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, network problems, natural disasters, or other unavoidable causes.

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages you suffer as a result.

7. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that the App will fit your particular purpose, produce the learning results you expect, or be free of defects.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms when we consider it necessary. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For changes that significantly affect you, we will also notify you in the App before they take effect.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
